Watermelon is a great choice for any diet smoothie recipe since its low in calories and low fat.

Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6-8 watermelon cubes, deseeded if desired
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet
SMOOTHIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 45 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a cup and serve..Enjoy it !
