Try this great smoothie recipe..the nice Peach Melba Smoothie...nice one !
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fat-free sugar-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- Granulated sugar substitue equal to 1 tsp sugar, optional (see package label)
- 1 cup ice (see Note)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened orange-juice concentrate, thawed
Place the ingredients in the order listed in a large blender. Pulse once or twice, then blend until smooth. Great taste smoothie !
