A great smoothie recipe to try !
Smoothie Recipe Ingredients
* 1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice
* 1 cup milk
* 1 frozen banana
* 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
* 1 cup strawberry yogurt
Smoothie Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients.
Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. The smoothie recipe strawberry banana is ready to serve 3-5 great persons...enjoy it !

* 4 strawberries
* 1 banana
* Half mango
* Half pineapple

* 1 cup of Orange Juice
* 1 teaspoon of honey
Smoothie Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Chop strawberries in half. Chop banana in 4 pieces. Chop mango and pineapple in 4 pieces (8 in total.) 2 scoops of ice-cream and put in blender. Pour orange juice in blender. Add the teaspoon of honey. Put all ingrediants in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in glass and the smoothie recipe is ready.....enjoy!

- 4 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar (opt.)
Combine strawberries, milk and ice. Blend until perfectly smooth. Add sugar. Blend for 1 minute.
Makes approximately 32 oz. The smoothie recipe is ready to serve...refreshing taste !
